A HEARTY THANK YOU

Thanks to the idiot who put my email onto all those porn site mailing lists as an April Fools joke. I also like a good prank, but you could have left off the gay sites.

Wild Turkey

Was sitting at my desk in my office upstairs when I saw this guy cone strolling across the front lawn. I was hoping he would spread his tail feathers, but he wandered back into the woods just as quickly as he appeared.

Knee Surgery

Well, I finally had my knee surgery and forgot to post about it here. I am two weeks post-op and am recovering fairly quickly. Took the picture above today and you can see just how small the incisions are.

VIET NAM ZIPPOS

My Brother-in-law moved to Vietnam a few years back and on a trip home, brought me this lighter he found in a shop in Hanoi. Today I came across this website, so I took a photo of the front and back of my Zippo and sent them off to put in his gallery. It would be cool to find the original owner.

Funny For a Week.

I spent $7.00 Monday before last and it has kept me laughing ever since. Best 7 bucks I have spent in a while.

A little bird called me and told me that Randy Dinwiddie (whom most of you know worships the ground I walk on) was launching a new website. I kept watching it being built and he finally got it online on Monday, the 26th of February. I went to take a look at it in the morning it came out and noticed that he mentioned that everyone should be on the lookout for his other new site www.theuara.com. I guessed that it was to promote his association, the UARA. I don't know why, but I looked up theuara.com on whois.net.

I discovered that the url was unregistered and wasted no time going to GoDaddy and buying the domain. Once I had the domain registered, I went and put in some redirect code so that when you clicked the link on Randy's site, it took you right to The American Repossessor magazine.

I told several people about it and it was good for some laughs to have Randy's site linking to my mag. He figured it out, or someone told him and the link disappeared sometime last Saturday.

No, I am not going to promote his new site by posting the name or link to it.

And Randy, I'll give you that domain for free if you just pay me the $200.00 you have owed me for a year on that Chevy Caprice locate. Be a man and pay your bills. Fucking dead beat.

Posts

I find that The American Repossessor is taking up so much of my time on the computer that I am not making the effort to post here very often. I read one of JD 's posts that said I just don't write enough. I got the new issue published yesterday on schedule, pushed myself away from my desk and slept for 5 hours. I'm writing JD, just not here.

BILL COMES OUT

We all knew who wore the pants in that family anyway. Actually he is more attractive than Hilary.

Yeah I Know...

I haven't posted much here as of late. I have spent a lot of time on the magazine and some down time due to, what else, injuries. I need to keep a note pad with me as I have forgotten all that I found worthy of posting.

One thing I discovered recently is that Amtrak really frowns upon smoking in their bathrooms. Found out that they get downright onry when they tell you for the fourth time.

On a related note, short cops don't like to be called out on their Napoleonic Complexes and they sure don't like being called Napoleon after taking the time to explain the psychological anomaly. I found it rather amusing. I won't drive around in Raleigh for awhile anyway.

Why I Use Buckshot

Sources that sent this to me say this is an accidental, self inflicted wound by a Law Enforcement Officer who failed to clear his weapon. Can anyone say "Gun Safety 101?"

CHEAP SHOT...

Gonna take one more shot, a coup de grĂ¢ce if you will, at Randy Dimwittie and Allbounty.com
I see that his forum is all but dead in the water and that his UARA convention was a flop. I did see this amusing claim on the forum:

I was doing some accounting research into the one of many websites we own and I
have the financials for Allbounty.com
Design 4900.00
Server and Domain
2200.00
Site Mantainance 3300.00
ETC Activities to promote
Site 6500.00

$16,900 for a site that had 30 members? BULLSHIT! This is one guy who is definately running in circles. Randy's ventures are dead. All his bridges burned. Running in circles is all he has left.

Saddam Hanged Poor Quality

After watching all the videos end yesterday with the noose being placed around Saddams neck, I smelled conspiracy. This is the only other footage taken, filmed with a camera phone. I am still not terribly convinced.

Saddam Hussein executed in Baghdad

The infamous double gallows at Abu Ghraib. It was said by his mistress that Sadamn would sit back at night, smoking a cigar, sipping Johhny Walker Black and watch the days execution. Laughing often, he seemed to show glee and excitment while watching the tapes she said. I wonder what he was thinking as they slipped the noose around HIS neck.

U.S.-backed Iraqi television station Al Hurra said Saddam Hussein had been executed by hanging shortly before 6 a.m. (0300 GMT) on Saturday.

WARFARE WEAPON OF THE WEEK

Ok, so imagine your company is making a raid on a suspected insurgent hideout in Ramadi at a house in the middle of a narrow street. You are taking small arms fire from guards posted along your route. Two members of different squads advance forward and clear the street with their new FRAG-12's.

Two more squads hustle down to the door of the suspected hide out and bust the door in. Barrels from various rifles point into the room, but no one enters. they are waiting for a team member to step to the threshold and burst a few rounds from the Warfare Weapon of the Week; Silly String. Yep, that neon string crap that kids shoot at birthday parties.

Apparently some Grunt came up with the idea that, if he could spray a few blasts of Silly String into a room (it shoots like 15 feet or so), that he could tell that the room was trip wired if the string hung suspended or clear of a booby trap wire if the string fell to the floor.

I saw this shit at a Dollar Store for, well, a dollar. Last year I sent 12 dozen pairs of socks over. Maybe I should start a Silly String Charity this year.

SURFER BABE OF THE WEEK

WISH LIST PART 2

JD Allen got a kick out of the auto shotgun video and asked what is is? Well JD, after some research I found that it is called the Auto Assault-12 (AA-12) Full-Auto Shotgun manufactured by Military Police Systems, Inc. (MPS). It has a 20 round drum, but fires at a rate of 300 rds. per min. MPS is joining forces with Experimental Cartridge Company, Ltd. and Action Manufacturing Inc. to create what is now called the FRAG-12.

"There are three members of the FRAG-12 munition family: the FRAG-12 High Explosive (HE), FRAG-12 High Explosive Fragmenting Antipersonnel (HEFA, or HE-FA), and FRAG-12 High Explosive Armor-Piercing (HEAP, or HE-AP)."

I have found a few other manufactures of full auto shotguns, but the one described above is the one in the video.

I have also found that they are developing a drone helicopter equipped with the FRAG-12, called the AutoCopter Gunship. They have a video that I am trying to get of the copter doing a test fire. If I can't get it to play on here, I'll post a link.

Overall, I would say that the AA-12, and it's 20 rd. drum, would clear an alley in Ramadi fairly quickly. The FRAG-12 would have endless possibilities in warfare.

More on this later...
